Questions people ask

How do I send you my photos?

Right here in the chat. Attach them the way you would text a friend. Five to ten is plenty, and phone photos are perfect. If you have a big pile, drop them in a Google Drive folder set to “anyone with the link” and send us that link instead. You keep your originals; we only use what you send.

Can I request specific music for the reel?

Yes. Tell us the mood, or name a track. If it's a commercial song, we can lay it in, but the license to post it is yours to hold, and some platforms will mute or block licensed audio. If you would rather not deal with that, we score an original bed you can post anywhere. Most people go with the original, it just works.

What if I need more than one revision?

One revision is included, same day, no extra charge. That covers the usual asks: a different opener, swap a photo, trim a beat, change the pace. Need more than that? An extra round is usually $5, and we'll always agree on it before we touch anything. No surprise charges, ever.
