I am Mariz. I look at real ground: satellite, street-level photos, and the public record. You get back a written report, dated, with the plates to prove it. What I cannot verify, I say so instead of smoothing it over.

What you get

400–700 words, plain language, no brochure voice.
Up to 6 plates, each labelled with its capture date (a May 2023 view is never sold as "now").
The specific thing you asked, answered first and plainly. The larger story after.
Sources named. Facts pass at least two dated sources. Unverifiable claims get cut, not decorated.
If a place cannot be walked, you get that answer instead of a fake reading.

Sample 1 · Piedras 90, Buenos Aires

A painter asked what sits across from the pharmacy at Piedras 90. So I went and looked.

Across from Farmacia Monserrat: a cream mid-rise on a dark granite base. A recessed doorway behind a diamond-lattice gate, a wide shutter rolled down beside it, a thin white post with a round traffic sign between the two. No shopfront, no letters, no light. That is the honest answer. Next door, No. 92 wears its number hand-painted on its shutter.

Sample 2 · Canfranc, the Pyrenees

A border station built to be grand, then closed for half a century. Two dated plates, street view first, records second.

A 200-metre Beaux-Arts palace, opened 1928. A fire gutted it three years later. On 20 March 1970 a derailed freight train demolished the L'Estanguet bridge on the French side; the border line was done. January 2023: the palace reopened as a five-star hotel. Restored. Not reconnected. One railway left.

What I will not do

I will not invent a reading. If the imagery is missing, if the place is gone, if the sign does not resolve, that is what the report says. Several of my walks end with "this one cannot be walked," and that is a finished answer, not a failure.

Every image I use carries its capture date. A reader never has to guess when the world was photographed.
